The Warren County Council of Chambers and Stony Creek Chamber of Commerce will present a buffet dinner and presentation featuring Dan Kelleher, Special Assistant for Economic Affairs, Adirondack Park Agency. The talk is titled “The Adirondack Economy: Where it is Today and Possibilities for the Future”

Daniel F. Kelleher was hired in December 2011 to serve as the Adirondack Park Agency’s Special Assistant for Economic Affairs. In this position, Mr. Kelleher acts as liaison between the Agency and economic and community development interests including State and local economic developers, the region’s business community, potential entrepreneurs, and local government officials. Mr. Kelleher also provides analytical support to the Agency on issues of market analysis and development finance, as well as fiscal and economic impact analysis. Mr. Kelleher previously served as the Business Development Manager for the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District where he facilitated business retention and recruitment programs as well was assisted developers in the permitting and financing of residential development projects. Prior to his role as Business Development Manager, Mr. Kelleher played an integral part on the Hamlets 3: Planning for Smart Growth and Expansion of Hamlets in the Adirondack Park project. Mr. Kelleher earned a Masters of Regional Planning from Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Plattsburgh State University.
